February 9, 6:00pm - 9:00pm, Sacral Awakening
Join Guzel Gjenasaj and Marisa Reyes as they guide you through an intimate gathering of men and women, to support one another in healing trauma (known and unknown), in our sacral chakra guided meditation, kundalini yoga, and an introduction to basics of giving and receiving abdominal massage.
In this deeply transformative and healing experience you will get valuable tools for your personal practice so that you can continue your healing journey beyond this offering.
We invite the courageous and committed ones. Courage is needed to address the shadow that will come up and commitment is required to support healing it.
This will be a very safe container for brothers and sisters to come together to support one another's healing. At this gathering, you will begin the process of healing old wounds and stuck energy, that will enable you to heal your relationships, release creative blocks, and open your heart more.
Please join us for a special night that will spark the magic in your life that you've been longing for.
